• A year following the implementation of the Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM) and medical reviews returning from the hiatus caused by COVID-19 and the public health emergency (PHE), providers may begin seeing Medicare claims come under scrutiny.  Areas of non-compliance can result in both financial and possible criminal implications depending on the finding. Nursing facilities are being denied payment related to improper documentation or coding.  Through this 60-minute session, nursing facilities will identify ways to improve audits, develop solid systems for accurate documentation and data collection resulting in accurate revenue and compliance.
