Registration Fees

Payment Information

AANAC accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express.  If a check payment is accompanying your form, please make the check out to AANAC. We are unable to process registration forms received without payment. Please mail registration form with payment to AANAC 400 S Colorado Blvd, Suite 600, Denver, CO 80246.

Continuing Education

The 2018 AANAC Annual Conference has been approved for up to 12 continuing nursing education hours. The 3-day Preconference workshops are pre-approved for up to 22.5 continuing nursing education hours. The 2-day RAC-CT Recertification workshop is approved for up to 7.5 continuing nursing education hours. Receipt of Continuing Education credit is dependent on your attendance at over 80% of the event.

AANAC works in conjunction with National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB) to provide nursing home administrators continuing education. The 2018 AANAC Annual Conference has been approved for up to 12 NAB credits.


Commercial support provided to AANAC by exhibitors and sponsors has in no way influence or biased the content of the continuing nursing education courses or conference sessions.  AANAC does not endorse commercial products or services within its educational program.

Cancellation and Transfers

All preconference workshops and conference, cancellations and/or attendee substitutions must be submitted in writing to the AANAC office via email to conference@AANAC.org.  All cancellations received by April 2, 2018 will be refunded in full, less a $50 cancellation fee.  After April 2, 2018, no refunds will be issued except in the case of an emergency or a visit from the State Surveyors.  Registration fees cannot be transferred to another AANAC program.

Educational Session Changes

The agenda disclosed is preliminary.  The final agenda and educational offerings may change.  Please consult your onsite Learning Journal for final session and schedules, or visit www.AANAC.org/2018conference  for updates to the schedule.

All Planning Committee members, speakers, presenters do not have any conflicts of interest to disclose.  For further review, please visit www.AANAC.org/accreditation for information on ANCC accreditation.

AANAC Membership

You must be an AANAC member at the time of registration to qualify for the member rate. Membership is non-transferable; it is based on the individual and not the organization. Any attendee substitutions must also be AANAC members at the time of the registration, or the non-member rate will be assessed. You may join AANAC at the time of your registration by adding a membership option on the reverse side.  Full payment for registration and membership must accompany your registration form.

The three-day RAC-CT and Medicare University certification workshop registration includes workshop materials, access to certification final exams, breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks each day.

The RAC-CT recertification workshop registration includes educational materials, access to certification final exams, Wednesday breakfast and refreshment breaks.
