A lot is very familiar about the final two chapters and the last appendix of the MDS 3.0 Long-Term Care Facility Resident Assessment Instrument Users Manual posted in January by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. But, compared to the MDS 2.0 version, there are some notable changes, too.
